Are We in a Recession or Perhaps a Depression !!
AVOIDING THE BAD NEWS !!
Following the Economy has been extremely interesting.... With the clever distraction in the news, of Polling Preferences (purely and utterly irrelevant when businesses are shutting their doors and with the inflation of electricity, rates and food continuing north) We will show who we prefer, when time comes to cast our vote, so how about hopping into the real issue of the government making this country work !!
The cost of rent on our businesses are rising, annually for most, and the amount of paperwork and tax that needs to be handed to our government makes running a business like going to the dentist....which most of us can't afford !!
Where is the "HOW TO SURVIVE GUIDE" Instead of wasting money on campaigns for elections, how about a bit of business support and perhaps, even more important, what about getting our hospitals organized, which is where we will all end up with the stress of trying to survive this really tough economy.
The reason for this spill of emotion is we are involved with a varied client base, who regularly update us with their wellbeing in business retail and the past few months since Christmas has seen a lot of real nailbiting times. In our own Sunshine Coast area, the popular resort areas of Noosa Heads and Coolum have so many shops shut down and TO LEASE signs in place...it is worse than last year. Most of this is due to such inflated rents. One such case are rents of $250,000 per year !! Working for the LandLord !!
Now I am in no way racist, but I noted the places being set up for the boat people of other countries who are illegally arriving in our country and I look at another program of people going broke and living in the streets who were born and bred here. Something does not add up....What ever happened to charity begins in the home !!
There is a time of reflection in our lives ...a time to separate ourselves from the troubles of the world and set aside our thoughts.....just for a moment......

4. Am I an optimist
5. ""Are you focused on your plans""
If your result is 5 ticks then you will succeed, no matter what the world is doing.
If not, then maybe you need to take on......
The Power of Focus
My horse is wonderful. There were a few rough patches when we first met..I didnt trust him and of course he could feel that and feared me. So after a time together we grew to understand each other. Now there is something really spiritual about a horse, they CAN READ YOUR MIND...I know you probably think I am nuts... but no... any horseman will tell you ...it is true. They are very sensitive creatures and in the wild that is how they survive, through their senses and flight. So if I am feeling low when we go riding or not focussed, he truly is off balance and will shy or stumble and have pretty much the same energy as me and yet when I am focussed and happy and full of energy we both have the best time out...jump logs and lope around and you can feeeel it...
I really believe our life is like that and we will draw the type of energy around us that we feel...SO FEEL GOOD and that is what you will get.. |
